Finally the weekend...

Anyway, I've been working hard on gifts lately (one to be submitted tonight or tomorrow morning), and I plan to get a piece of serious art done sometime soon. I have a few ideas, but none would be easy to do well. :/

SOME MINOR SPOILAHS TO DO WITH IRON MAN

Saw Iron Man yesterday. It was a great film with a brilliant plot (IMO.)
Except... all the way until after he does the press conference was awesome (when he gets the cheeseburger), but then things just slowed down into testing and boring industrial stuff.
There was also a distinct lack of action from that point on. It was few and far between, and what I expected was some "final battle"-like scene ended up being "oh sh- I'm out of power again." and a bit of flying.
The ending was a bit of a let down too. ("Forget it. I AM IRON MAN." Suspense and mystery = 0)
HOWEVER.
The first part is amazing. The action parts here are brilliant and the story of it is great, and actually interesting. Later on there are some real gold nuggets ("10% power... ... ... ... *flies into wall*", when he goes back to the village, etc.)
I'd say if you like this sort of thing and don't mind a few slow moments, SEE THIS FILM.
